Yolanda Reese was the actress who played "Major Stacey Monroe" in the TV series Wormhole X-Treme!. Her character was probably based on Major Samantha Carter and appears to be similar as she was described in the show's teaser as being "brilliant." It is known Reese is not married, as Martin Lloyd referred to her as "Miss Reese." She complained that she never got to kiss anyone on the series. (SG1: "Wormhole X-Treme!")
