The Wraith Queen was a high ranking Hive queen that existed in an alternate timeline.

In an alternate timeline where Lt. Colonel John Sheppard was lost in the future, the Pegasus galaxy came under assault from Michael Kenmore and his army of Hybrids. The Wraith were displaced as the dominant species of the galaxy as they were weakened by their civil war allowing Michael Kenmore to strike them in their divided state.
The Wraith queen was captured and brought before Michael. He informed her that he never wanted to go down this path as he was captured and tortured by the Humans of the Atlantis expedition. When he escaped, he attempted to rejoin his fellow Wraith but was spurned because of his tainted appearance. The queen told him that he would regret his actions and pay for his defiance against the Wraith. To which Michael smirked, remarking at the futility of her pride, after which he killed her by stabbing her through the chest and beheaded her corpse as a trophy.
He then took the head of the queen before his Hybrid army who cheered at the act which signaled the end of the Wraith in that timeline. (SGA: "The Last Man")
