Urgo was a computer program placed in the minds of SG-1. He violated his programming to interact with the team, taking on the form of his creator Togar. The members of SG-1, especially Jack O'Neill, found him extremely annoying, but, nevertheless, decided it wouldn't be morally right to end Urgo's "life," so they convinced Togar to place Urgo in his head.

Urgo seems to have a great deal of familiarity with Earth culture, especially with regards to children's games, which likely comes from reading SG-1's minds. (SG1: "Urgo")
