The leader of The Committee.
The Committee was a shadow group that led the rogue elements of the National Intelligence Department that was responsible for numerous black-op missions conducted by the agency during the running of the Stargate Program.
Its members consisted of wealthy businessmen who invested millions in order to reap billions from the acquisition of alien technologies that would be incorporated into their product lines. They met at an underground secret location where they plotted the rise of their power base. They were responsible for an assassination attempt on Senator Robert Kinsey and framing Colonel Jack O'Neill. The Committee were all later apprehended due to the actions of Major Samantha Carter who infiltrated the group which led to their arrests.
