Tegalan Rebel Soldier is a man who appeared in Icon.
Biography
He was lead a patrol of soldiers loyal to Soren. After Soren took over rand, he inspected leda's house and interrogated her as to if she was hiding any Rand Soilders. She ended up lying to him which he and his men Bought and left. Unaware to him, the soldiers were hiding behind some trees. It is unknown what happened to him after Rand was liberated. ("Icon")
