Hey, I think you guys have this wrong. In Continuum, O'Neill clearly says, "Major Woods," not "Wood." I'm confident this is a reference to Season 7 Episode 12 "Evolution: Part 2." In that episode, Burke and O'Neill are talking about a friendly fire incident with another team member named Woods. Seeing as how this is an alternate timeline, it stands to reason that this Woods isn't dead, thus the relevance of referencing him.
