- I'm speculating a bit, but it seems very likely given the long life span of Jaffas (Teal was 98 when he met SG-1). Also, at that time Goaulds didn't have a lot of ennemies, I don't see any reason as to why Ra would have a change of first prime between 1934 and 1996.
