Tower

The most noticeable difference between the Tower and Atlantis is that the control chair is in where the Stargate would normally be rather than in a separate tower.

I've always assumed that the gate had been moved out of the city for some reason (maybe because Wraith come out of it?) and the chair was moved from it's original location to the control room. The room seems oddly designed for anything but a stargate to be there (go figure... it's the Atlantis set). On the other hand, the holographic display was there, so unless the emitters are embedded in the chair itself or the someone was able to pull them out of the Chair Room's ceiling and adhere them to the Gate Room's... I'd suspect that they're built into the chair, because even the chair (when it was) in Area 51, if I recall, still had the ability to project. The one beneath Antarctica, and the one on Proclarush Taonas were both projecting, and I'm not sure the ceiling of Taonas was intact. 13621 (talk) (Contribs) 06:24, February 1, 2015 (UTC)
