Lt Scott[edit source]

I wonder why Lt Scott was the only one to be attacked the first time not to get creature drilled but only bitten, then the second time he was left without a scratch????? Considering everyone else was seems odd that he would survive relatively easily ;)—Jnadreth (talk) (Contribs) 05:03, November 16, 2009 (UTC)

Maybe someone shot it off of him right after it attacked him... the rest was just luck.—Anubis 10545 (talk) (Contribs) 05:21, November 16, 2009 (UTC)

resemblance[edit source]

they kinda look like symbiotes, maybe this should be added —ASDF1239 DISCUSSION 00:12, March 22, 2010 (UTC)

Someone mentioned this before... but they only look like symboites in the infobox image where you don't really have a good view of them. When you see the whole of their being, they don't really look like symbiotes that much... at least I think. —Anubis 10545 (talk) (Contribs) 00:16, March 22, 2010 (UTC)
in the production art and carl binder pic they have the fins and a snakelike body but of course theyre larger with larger jaws —ASDF1239 DISCUSSION 00:21, March 22, 2010 (UTC)
Well the main thing is that Goa'ulds don't have tentacles (... he wrote after a rather embarrassing misspelling :)... —Anubis 10545 (talk) (Contribs) 00:24, March 22, 2010 (UTC)
true but now that ive watched the episode they even sound similar —ASDF1239 DISCUSSION 00:58, March 22, 2010 (UTC)
Maybe they are gould symbiotes. In one episode of Stargate SG-1, they found evidence that symbiots used to be more predatory than parasitic. Perhaps these aliens could be the next evolution of symbiotes had the gould never become parasitic. General Heed (talk) (Contribs) 02:19, May 19, 2010 (UTC)
Wrong galaxy. We know where the Goa'uld came from. — Trust not the Penguin (T | C) 02:31, May 19, 2010 (UTC)
Penguin it may also be possible that they traveled there or that these where cast out or just left the Goa'uld like the Tok'ra but these guys were to Vicious to stay on there homeworld Kaeleth (talk) (Contribs) 06:45, August 26, 2010 (UTC)
Well, the Gould got their ancient technology from somewhere. The sheilds and weapons on Destiny are very similar to that of Gould Sheilds and Weapons. Perhaps they somehow managed to get on board one of the stargate seeder ships. If you watched the preview for the episode Awakenings, you hear some kind of alien screech that sounds like Gould Symbiotes. The stargate seeder ships obviously have stargates on them. Perhaps some ancient goulds managed to dial one of the gates on the seeder ships. The Gouald who created Naquadria seemed to be pretty interested in it and caused an accident on Kelowna. Perhaps that accident was the dialing of the stargate on the seeder ships. Several Gould went through and eventually got stuck on that Jungle planet. With no hosts to take, they began to adapt and thus evolved back into a predator like species. General Heed (talk) (Contribs) 00:45, October 7, 2010 (UTC)

Change trivia[edit source]

Who said that the squigglers are sulfur-based lifeform, to my knowledge they just smell like sulfur. Source plz. And to my knowledge it takes more than just the smell to be sulfur-based, I think that if it's a planet where carbon-based mammals can live, then it's no place for sulfur-based life. Jauh0 (talk) (Contribs) 14:16, December 16, 2010 (UTC)

So I see General "Speculation" Heed changed my change, ok, but source plz. PLZ! Jauh0 (talk) (Contribs) 13:37, December 17, 2010 (UTC)

Movie Reference?[edit source]

Anyone else think they're a reference to Alien? In Alien, they burst out of your chest, in this episode, the burrow through your chest. The second i saw them i immediately thought about chestbursters. General Geers (talk) (Contribs) 10:29, February 24, 2011 (UTC)
