Jump between the galaxies[]
1. When the crew was beamed to the planet to use the stargate, they were in the milky-way galaxy. After the Asgard planet was blown up they entered Hyperspace and traveled back to milky way (the Asgard-Home-Galaxy is close to milky-way, so they were able to got there quite fast
2. They were not in the Ida-Galaxy! The only known Planet in the Ida-Galaxy is Othala(planet), which was named after the home-galaxy of the asgard: The Othala-Galaxy. Remember when Oneil was frozen in Antarctica, Carter asked Weir to use the modified Ship to travel to Hala in the Asgard-Home Galaxy, which Daniel identified as Othala!
