Do the hyperdrives work on these ships? I suppose they would have to to be able to transport things between star systems, but we've seen them sublighting through normal empty space. My guess is that they enter hyperspace for a short period of time but can only sustain it for a short time with those trains behind it, so have to drop out every now and again to recharge or cool down or ventilate or whatever it is that hyperdrives do.

*I'm going to assume its similar to how the prometheus was when it had an Al'kesh hyperdrive, that it needs to drop out once and a while to recover because it is transporting a lot more than it normally does.[[Special:Contributions/74.138.112.27|74.138.112.27]] 19:19, August 22, 2012 (UTC)

  • I'm going to assume its similar to how the prometheus was when it had an Al'kesh hyperdrive, that it needs to drop out once and a while to recover because it is transporting a lot more than it normally does.74.138.112.27 19:19, August 22, 2012 (UTC)
