- Because they are the correct symbols from the show. The previous ones were fan-made and were highly inaccurate. The ones we use now are from the official Stargate Worlds website, who got them from the production staff of the show. —Jaymach Ral'Tir (talk) 10:27, 28 January 2009 (UTC)

Changing Marks[]
Has it ever been explained how Goa'uld System Lords are able to change the tattoos of whole armies Jaffa so quickly. especially in the case of Apophis and Anubis who changed their Jaffa marks to the point where there were very few who didn't have the their Master's mark. And why is it that the Free Jaffa don't use this sort of method to remove their marks entirely (unlike Rak'nor who had to have his seared off leaving a scar).--99.141.179.245 23:55, March 16, 2010 (UTC)
