With some simple math the year Debra Carter can be determined as likely 1981. The first major hint is that her daughter Samantha's age at the time of her death is known to have been twelve. Second is Sam's date of birth which is December twenty-ninth, 1968. She would have turned twelve in 1980, but her birthday is at the end of the year and with only two days until the new year it more then likely that Debra's accident would have been the following year.
