Since this device can both create and destroy life, wouldn't it technically be considered technology rather than a weapon? -- Reignfire 02:55, 6 May 2007 (UTC)

  • I did have some concern about which infobox to put it in. If you want to change it, you can. -- SFH 03:10, 6 May 2007 (UTC)

If the Ancients used the device to repopulate the galaxy, then wouldn't there already be a program to dial all Stargates at once since the ancients would need to do that in order to repopulate the entire galaxy? -- Asgard forever 23:32, 16 August 2008 (UTC)

Probably, but Carter doesn't speak Ancient (turns out she does) and Daniel didn't have the time to learn how to search Ancient databases using Ancient control cuboids. On another subject, do you think it's odd that it doesn't need the ATA gene... it can't be that old seeing as it uses AnciOS (that's what I call the Lantean operating system :D ) - and if it did predate ATA, you'd think it would have a passcode more complicated than spinning a few less-than-inconspicuous discs around on the door outside. In Counterstrike, The Dakara super weapon was used to destroy humans, but when the wave hit the planet, it didn't reach into a bubble around it like they talked about in reckoning. Also, wouldn't the jaffa on the planet be killed, just like the replicators on the planet were? 76.206.43.154 00:19, September 5, 2011 (UTC)

Did the Ancients use a similar device to seed the Humans of the Pegasus Galaxy, & would they have used on one planet or on most/ all planets with Humans on ? 80.254.146.140 13:14, September 27, 2012 (UTC)

Most likely thay did.Portalier (talk) (Contribs) 11:53, September 29, 2012 (UTC)

So being based on the same tamplate & all being Human & indigenous to there respective planets could all the Pegasus Humans be considered seperate species ? 80.254.146.140 12:47, October 6, 2012 (UTC)

Well, yes and no, mostly no because they were called humans created most likely using the same template, of course isolation could make them slighty different(ex:chinese compared to european, humans both of them but they look different) and also on the planets with stargates on land people traveled to other world interbreeding reducing the chances that on 1 planet they would evolve so much to be considered another species.Portalier (talk) (Contribs) 12:40, October 7, 2012 (UTC)
