German? Edit

Why should she be German? According to the original movie I think that she was British ... Conservator (talk) (Contribs) 02:41, November 12, 2009 (UTC)

Watched the movie yesterday and her father speaks Swedish or possibly Norweigan, according to that she's presumably Scandinavian. Unless her father has moved to Britain or Germany Grejkan (talk) (Contribs) 17:17, May 23, 2010 (UTC)
I removed the category "German" and replaced it by a more neutral "Tau'ri". Tauriel (talk) (Contribs) 01:30, June 14, 2010 (UTC)
I've put it back in; she's confirmed to be German in Stargate SG-1: Fantastic Frontiers: Stargate Season One. —Jaymach Ral'Tir (talk) 17:18, June 14, 2010 (UTC)
I remember that in the episode "1969" she was talking in German with Daniel but it was so bad I had to follow the Englisch subtitels to understand it ... 80.153.194.40 11:12, October 24, 2010 (UTC)

Eye of Ra medallion - possible explanation? Edit

Regarding the discrepancy noted at the bottom of the article - could it be possible that Daniel Jackson simply had photographically-visual access to all of his memories when he was an ascended being, and that he simply re-created the medallion in his memory? Which would make his statement true - he was given the medallion by Catherine, and he kept it in his memories. Thus, it was the same medallion in two different locations - the original with Cathrerine and the one re-created from memory with Ascended Daniel. I mean, seriously, its not like he took his personal belonging with him when he ascended, anyway lol. [A certain saying involving a funeral and a U-haul comes to mind. ]

I know this isn't an "official" explanation, but it just seems like common sense to me. Personally, I never saw any issue with continuity here...
