Do you mean Kull warriors? -- Matthew R Dunn 18:41, 8 January 2009 (UTC)

Yes, thanks :) —Donovan-j-charlie 11:29, 10 January 2009 (UTC)

The text under defeat is wrong

The text under defeat is wrong. No kull warriors were on Dakara, Sam and Jacob never lost Dakar this part is totally wrong. And it needs be be removed. The replicators were on Dakara fighting Sam and Jacob + soma Jaffa, the Ancient weapon was triggered the replicatoers were destroyed and at the same time Oma began her fight with Anubis. You are incorrect, that your combining 2 different episodes together. In one episode, The replicators attack, Anubis does nothing, except has Ball fight the war, and the Jaffa take control of Dakara, this episode amounts to Daniels "death" in the same instant as the weapon is activated against the Replicators, and Daniel does not appear in the restaurant until the next episode.

In that episode, Anubis appears in the cafe, and slowly eludes to the plan to take and use Dakara on the entire galaxy. He used the first situation where ball developed/used something to dial all stargates at once, since he was not allowed to use any knowledge from being ascended unless he could do it as a Goa'uld. He is supposed to have been on Dakara poised to activate the weapon, existing in both planes at once when he was attacked by Oma Desala, and disappeared, locked in some struggle.74.129.75.153 21:35, January 4, 2010 (UTC)

Worship

I believe it should be stated in the article, though I'm not sure where that aside from Anubis being Half-Goa'uld he wanted people to worship him for the power that comes with it; Much like the Ori. It even states in the episode Prototype:

Before the episode aired, a draft of the original script was said on Gateworld to reveal that Anubis's purposes for Khalek was to make Khalek part of an army of warriors called the "Mashur", which was derived from the Goa'uld word "Mashur-nat" meaning "Mutation". Anubis's plans for this army was to train them to ascend and do battle with the Ascended Ancients on their plane of existence and ultimately destroy them. However, this was cut from the episode.

It makes a lot of sense really.¥ Super Novice Talk 2 Me ¥ 06:22, December 9, 2009 (UTC)

This may have been a part of his grand plan, to restart the galaxy after wiping out all life in the galaxy with the weapon on Dakara. We cant know for sure, he would have had trouble enacting the full plan, particularly having the ancients fight him before he could have them worship him.

However, I would debate one little thing, Anubis may have in fact been fully ascended, but simply limited from using any powers or knowledge he gained, following the rules set out by the Ascended Ancients, with them watchful to make sure he made no use of his powers. They merely suspected he was half ascended, but they never knew for sure, and as it appeared when Daniel met him on another plane of existence, he seemed as ascended as the Ancients, just as powerful as Oma.74.129.75.153 21:35, January 4, 2010 (UTC)

Anceint Technology

There is no actual evidence that he employed any Ancient Technologies theat the Goa'uld in general did not have access to.

The enhanced shields and weapons were never shown to have been in any way coming from ancient designs. We also know that Anubis was not allowed to use any knowledge that he would not have otherwise gained as a Goa'uld. He also appeared to use other Goa'uld to do research on various things instead of doing them himself. He may simply have had a few Goa'uld he acquired and used over the millenia to improve technologies and develop new technologies, so that he could stay within the rules set out by the Ascended Ancients.74.129.75.153 09:37, January 12, 2010 (UTC)

Anubis's Form

It says clearly that Anubis is Half-Acsended, but since he's a Goa'uld, I just don't really get how that works. Is he a Goa'uld in a half-acsended human host? Is he a half-acsended Goa'uld snake who's using "ascended magic" to create a body similar to that of a human? Is he a half-acsended snake in a half-ascended body (I don't really get how that would work, since they're different entites and both would kinda have to ascend)? Please help me out, and maybe explain it on the article =D Assmaster 3000

He is an ascended Goa'uld symbiont, but his body is a forcefield which gives him a human shape to make it easier for him to look like the other Goa'uld who do have hosts, and to sit on the host-shaped chairs :D. Host probably recovered when the symbiont vanished from inside him, we know the Asgard can beam out symbionts which one would think would have the same effect, or maybe the host ascended too. Either way, Anubis would no longer have control of the host. Sman789 (talk) (Contribs) 21:05, May 22, 2010 (UTC)

He has an Ascended form that is (was) held together by a force field. —Supakillaii (talk) (Contribs) 22:13, May 22, 2010 (UTC)
