Steven Savile is an author known for his TV and movie tie-ins, including the British television shows Doctor Who, Torchwood and Primeval, who has been signed on to write a trilogy of Stargate SG-1 books, tentatively named Shadows, to be published by Fandemonium. The first book has been named The Power Behind the Throne but no other names have been released as of yet. The trilogy is set to feature the original members of SG-1; Daniel Jackson, Teal'c, Samantha Carter and Jack O'Neill and will be set midway through season five of Stargate SG-1.
