Steven Savile is an author known for his TV and movie tie-ins (including the British television shows Doctor Who, Torchwood and Primeval) who has been signed on to write a trilogy of Stargate SG-1 books, The Iblis Trilogy, to be published by Fandemonium. The first book, due in January 2009 is Shadows, the second Shapeshifter and the concluding volume, Trickster. The trilogy is set to feature the original members of SG-1; Daniel Jackson, Teal'c, Samantha Carter and Jack O'Neill and will be set during season five of Stargate SG-1.
