The Stargate Command power vault is an area located on an unknown level of Stargate Command, and contains the main Circuit breaker for the base. In an attempt to shut down the Stargate connected to a black hole, Colonel Jack O'Neill turned off the circuit breaker in the power vault. Their efforts filed while Siler ws left injured. (SG1: "A Matter of Time")
When effected by the Ancient Repository of knowledge, O'Neill hooked the Power booster device to the circuit breaker to dial another galaxy. (SG1: "The Fifth Race")
