Stargate Atlantis: Back to Pegasus # 3 is the third issue in the Stargate Atlantis Back to Pegasus portion of the Stargate Atlantis comic series by American Mythology Production

Chronological Placement
The events depicted in this adventure take place after season five of Stargate Atlantis.
Story
San Francisco Bay, USA, Earth: When Col. John Sheppard and his team return, they learn about what had happened in regards to Janus.
Agua Caliehte, Peru: Janus arrives at a hidden Ancient lab and activates a holographic message from himself.
San Francisco Bay: Todd tells them that the Wraith had once fought the Unknown Aliens. He also tells them the aliens were created with Lantean technology. Col. Carter sends Sheppard and Ronon Dex to find the stolen Puddle Jumper and bring back Janus. Woolsey sends Dr. Jennifer Keller and Dr. Rodney McKay back to the moon base to see what they can learn. Teyla Emmagan is sent with the Daedalus to check on New Athos and get information on the movements of the unknown aliens in Pegasus.
Janus's Secret Base, Earth's Moon: Keller and McKay examine the stasis pod and learn that that is where Janus had come from. They learned that it was programmed to deliberately disrupt long term memory.
Above a Peruvian rain forest: Sheppard, Ronon, and Jackson track Janus's jumper to a location in Peru.
Janus's Secret Base, Earth's Moon: Keller and McKay find information concerning the aliens that attacked the Pegasus Alpha Site.
Peru: Sheppard, Ronon, and Jackson gather information about Janus's whereabouts from the local people. After getting into and wining a bar fight, they get information that leads them to another one of Janus's secret labs. When they confront him, Janus attacks them and Ronon stuns him.
New Athos: The Daedalus arrives and learns that the aliens have enslaved the human populations on several other worlds. They also learn that a Traveler had recently left the area and they purse it.
Atlantis, Earth: Sheppard and Ronon return to Atlantis with Janus. After they take him to a security cell, they learn that there is a buildup of power in the Zero Point Modules. Woolsey orders Atlantis to leave Earth and to engage the wormhole drive to prevent the overload from killing all life on Earth.
