StoryEdit

In orbit of the Genii Home world:Using a sensor drone, the crew of the Daedalus learns that the Unknown Aliens have built an operational matter bridge between realities.

At the Gate Hub: The Stargate hub that Col. Sheppard and his team are trapped in, turns out to be located on a space station. The Zero Point Module, which has been keeping the station from being knocked off course, has increased its power output due to the arrival of the Atlantis team and is nearing depletion. If it is fully depleted, the stations systems will shut down and the team will die.

Atlantis, Earth: While discussing about Atlantis returning to the Pegasus Galaxy, a member of the International Oversight Advisory tells Woolsey that the protection of Earth is their top priority and that he needs to get use to the idea of Atlantis remaining on Earth

The Stargate Hub: Rodney gets one of the Stargates working, but they only have one chance to try to escape the hub. They dial the last gate address that was used. After a connection is made, the team steps through the gate. After stepping through the gate and arriving at their destination, the team finds themselves at an Ancient facility. As Daniel Jackson starts to look around and study a computer to see if they can figure out where they are, Col. Sheppard and the rest of the team have a look around. As they do, a stasis pod in another room opens and a man steps out.

After escaping the stasis pod, Janus stuns Jackson. Meanwhile, Sheppard discovers a control chair and McKay discovers a supply of ZPMs. After checking in with Jackson and getting no response, Sheppard and McKay go and check on him. They find Jackson on the floor unconscious. Sheppard notices an image of a Goa'uld mothership on a screen. Just then Janus stuns Sheppard and McKay. He then actives a screen. An image of Janus appears and gives instructions to the Janus from the stasis pod.

Atlantis: There is an unscheduled off-world gate activation. After the wormhole connects, Janus comes through the gate including the shield. He then activates the control panel that rises up from the floor in front of the Stargate. He then proceeds to use an energy field to cause the people on Atlantis to become unconscious.

The guard watching Todd's prison cell is knocked unconscious by the field and the door to Todd's cell opens. He then takes the guard's weapon. During this time, Janus steals a Puddle Jumper.

Unknown Location: After McKay, Sheppard, and Jackson recover from the stun blast, Jackson learns that the Goa'uld mothership on the screen they saw earlier belonged to the Goa'uld who left the original Stargate at Giza, Egypt. When Jackson shows them an exterior view of the Earth, McKay and Sheppard realize that they are on the moon. Jackson then explains that they are in one of Janus's labs and that it has been hidden all this time with a hologram like the one he used to hide his lab o Atlantis.

After getting communications online, they try to contact Stargate Command, but get no response. They then get an incoming call from Atlantis. When they answer it, they're surprised to find that it's Todd.
