The Sateda warrior armor was a form of defense for members of the Satedan military. The armor was designed to allow for maximum maneuverability, as well as provide maximum protection. The armor absorbs and dissipates energy weapons, including Wraith stunners, as well as provide the wearer defense from being fed on by a Wraith. However, their armor cannot protect the wearer from the energy weapons equipped on darts.
Ronon Dex wore the armor while holding a futile attempt to deter the Wraith from Sateda in 1998, and eight years later when he was made into a runner again in 2006. (SGA: "Runner", "Sateda", "MGM Tech Journal")
