Sarif Sur was an uninhabited planet in the Pegasus galaxy which contained a Stargate. The planet was inhabited by an unknown race, but were either driven away, or were culled by the Wraith. What is known was that the Satedan Planetary Forces had an operation based on Sarif Sur. Ronon Dex was taken to this planet against his will by Tyre in an effort to turn him over to the Wraith and make him into a Wraith worshipper. When Lt. Colonel John Sheppard's team got a tip from Solen Sincha that Ronon was on this planet, they arrived only to find an almost dead Tyre. (SGA: "Broken Ties")
