Saburo Minama is a male Hidoman from Hidoma. Minama leads Shimanas militia makes him the officer for the city. He drills his troops daily and are very concerned with the city's perception of itself and the soldiers under him. Minama know Shimana as well as anyone in town. He spends at least one day a week exploring the still empty parts of Shimana make note of any changes or signs of habitation.
His office walls are covered with maps, which in turn covered with detailed notes and references to his discoveries. Minama is 29 years old with a wiry build and short cropped hair. His black uniform is spotless and he requires the same fastidious neatness of their troops. He does not consider himself a social climber, he has found a position that suits him fine and routine of his life is comforting for him. First SGC team to visit Hidoma will likely encounter Saburo Minama very quickly and makes either a trusted friend or a violent enemy.
