SG-6 assisted SG-1 when rescuing the Nasyan survivors when the Goa'uld attacked Nasya. (SG1: "In the Line of Duty")
During the incident with the black hole, SG-6 was off-world on a dig on PX3-808 with Dr. Daniel Jackson. (SG1: "A Matter of Time")
In 1999, the entire unit was impersonated by the Stragoth. The aliens then used their human likenesses to infiltrate the SGC and commence a foothold situation, starting with Dr. Janet Fraiser and her team. (SG1: "Foothold")
Two members of SG-6 were killed during an attack on a facility where Stargate Command on the planet K'Tau were building a rocket that was supposed to keep the planet from dying. (SG1: "Red Sky")
In 2005, the team is constituted by Colonel Barnes, Lt. Fischer, Airman Ryan and Lt. Brooks. They were undercover on the planet P2X-885 when that planet came under Ori rule. The Prior infected Fischer with the Ori plague, of which he became a carrier and transported the multi-resistant virus back to Earth. Barnes, Ryan and Brooks developed symptoms of the virus within a day of getting back to Stargate Command and were immediately quarantined. (SG1: "The Fourth Horseman, Part 1")
