	While struggling to find a missing fourth member of SG-1, the Russians push O'Neill to have a Russian as the fourth member. Jonas Quinn makes himself as home in the SGC. Samantha Carter works on the new F-302, and Teal'c has an unhappy reunion with Rya'c. Also, Anubis plans to use a weapon to destroy Earth's stargate, along with the planet itself.

	Trying to shutdown the Stargate proves impossible before facing the destruction of Earth. Meanwhile, on the outside, Teal'c, Bra'tac and Rya'c break into Anubis' stronghold to stop the weapon. Back on Earth, the teams plan to use the new X-302 to send the Stargate away.

	Jonas Quinn is now the fourth member of SG-1. Their first mission is to investigate an abandoned Ha'tak vessel orbiting Earth. They investigate and figured out that it belonged to Anubis, and the consciousness of Thor caused the ship to malfunction. Furthermore, the ship is heading down towards the Pacific Ocean.

To help him cope until his team gives him an opportunity to escape is Daniel Jackson.

	SG-1 arrives on Pangar, where the inhabitants created a drug called tretonin to cure all ailments. Soon however, they realise that tretonin is actually made of Goa'uld symbiotes, but in a twist of fate, they learn that it is not Goa'uld queen making the symbiotes, but a Tok'ra.

	A journalist named Julia Donovan gets wind of the project codenamed "Prometheus". Knowing her capabilities, Stargate Command manages to give her the tour of Prometheus, Earth's new ship mixed with Human and Alien technologies. However, Donovan's crew later hijack the ship, and demands Adrian Conrad and Frank Simmons.

	Anubis intends on wiping out all over System lords in the galaxy. Daniel Jackson warsn SG-1 to stop him from getting the Eye of Ra from Abydos. They enlist the Abydonians to hold off Anubis' forces, and prevent him from taking the eye, which will strengthen his new superweapon and declare war on the other system lords.
