Ruslan Chernovshev (Russian: Руслан Чернышёв) was a Colonel in the Russian Air Force and Chief of Staff to the Russian Minister of Defense, General Miraslov Kiselev.
Biography[]
2001[]
He was part of a group that sold a Goa'uld symbiote to Adrian Conrad. (SG1: "Desperate Measures")
2005[]
He was implanted with a Goa'uld symbiote by The Trust. He then used his access to General Miraslov Kiselev to implant him with a Goa'uld. When Dr. Daniel Jackson arrived in Moscow to meet with Kiselev, he arrested him and tested his blood to make sure he was not possessed by a Goa'uld. This was just a ruse to convince Russian President Yuri Mikhailov that the American government had been infiltrated. Presumably once the plot was exposed he was arrested and the Goa'uld removed.
