Robert Ackerman (born September 25, 1938) is an American actor. It seems that the Companion in the 1994 film Stargate is Ackerman's last acting role; it its at least, his most recent role to date. Ackerman is perhaps best recognized to TV viewers for his recurring role as Wade Luce, owner of Wade Luce Oil and cronie of J.R. and Jock Ewing in the CBS-TV series Dallas.
