He was one of the men in SG-3 who scouted out P3X-439 and informed the SGC that they found Goa'uld Reconnaissance probes. He then Along with SG-5, his teammates and SG-1, arrived and set up defensive perimeter around an ancient Repository building. Later Jack O'Neil managed to use a device to give him ancient knowledge. Eventually, he and everyone headed back, as a Death Glider was spotted,while Major Samantha Carter destroyed the building with C-4 so Anubis would not get it. They then made it through the gate. That SG-3 Soldier helped another one, to reach a medical point of SGC ("Lost City, Part 1").
