The Raven Guards were the Jaffa in the service of the phantom queen/Goa'uld queen Morrigan and served her as her guards during her reign. They were few in number.[1]
They were skilled in the ability to infiltrate areas and would be deployed ahead of main forces to scout the frontiers of the battlefield and would pick out the best targets. The Raven Guard would also head into civilian populations to uncover intelligence before hostilities began.[1] (RPG: "Living Gods: Stargate System Lords")
