Priam was a past host of the Tok'ra Tolii.
Tolii's host Sulo has some history with Priam and Kalira. If she talks about Priam, then it's something serious as she wouldn't bring it up unless necessary as she may feel uncomfortable with those memories. (RPG: "Core Rulebook")
