Precision, or "Billy" as he was nicknamed by the Tau'ri, is a Wraith bridge officer.

Biography

2008

"We just lost the medial weapons array."

Billy worked on the bridge of the Primary queen's hive ship in 2008. Shortly after Todd assassinated the Primary and helped the disguised Teyla Emmagan take command as a new hive queen, the ship confronted another hive that was about to cull a human-populated planet in the Primary's territory. During the ensuing battle, Billy operated a console on the bridge and reported that their medial weapons array had been disabled by enemy fire. Teyla ordered him to keep firing all their remaining batteries.

Afterwards, when Teyla prepared to leave the ship, Billy acknowledged her command to obey Todd in her absence. He ordered a large security group of Wraith warriors to make way for her departure. (SGA: "The Queen")

Billy: Commander, we've been trying to contact you. The other cruisers were destroyed.

Todd: I know. We've been betrayed.

Billy: What should we do?

Todd: I have control of the humans' transport system. I'll begin beaming in our troops immediately.

Some time later, Billy was on Todd's hive ship (which may or may not have been the one used by the Primary) when it met the Daedalus so that Todd could work with Dr. Jennifer Keller on her experimental gene drug. During this time, one of Todd's facilities was attacked by a rival hive, and their escort of two cruisers had to go to hyperspace to assist in the battle. Unfortunately for them, the Attero device had been activated, destroying the cruisers instantly. Todd immediately assumed that the humans had done this intentionally and stunned the Daedalus crew, hijacking the vessel. Billy then contacted him and requested instructions. After using the Daedalus' Asgard transporter system to beam in more Wraith from his hive ship, Todd ordered it to wait there and avoid entering hyperspace under any circumstances while he took the Daedalus to destroy the Attero device.
