Philip Kevin Loyer's office is a location in Phoenix Site located on floor -2, the ops level. It is the office of Major General Philip Kevin Loyer who is Phoenix Site's commanding officer.

History

At Phoenix Site, General Loyer would usually be found in the gate control room. When he was in his office, he'd either be doing paperwork or would be in a briefing with his superiors. (RPG: "Core Rulebook")

In 2003, the General's office was used when Loyer informed a Phoenix team of Wepwawet's attack on an Asgard delegation that met with Phoenix-9 and that the Asgard science vessel they were on crashed on P2X-649. He informed them that the Asgard offered them salvage rights of the vessel. Dr. Rodney McKay then arrived in the office and introduced himself to the team, as it was his job to get the Asgard ship up and running. (RPG: "Ave Maria")
