The people of P3R-118 are a race of human of P3R-118 in the Milky Way galaxy. This people have advanced metallurgical and chemical technologies and live in a strict two-tier society. The working class lived in underground complexes and were made to believe the planet was suffering an ice-age with them being the only survivors - they performed manual labour to generate energy for those in the cities above, believing it was to power their own complex. The civilian classes, totally unknown to the working class, lived above ground in relatively advanced city.

They attempted to trade their advanced technology for Tau'ri knowledge of the Stargate network and gate addresss, but the Tau'ri pulled out of negotiations after discovering that the people had kidnapped SG-1 and used them as slave labour. The working class has been moved to a tropical world by the Tau'ri, but it is unknown if any contact with either class has been made since. (SG1: "Beneath the Surface")
