Palila is a female Tollan who was one of the survivors of the bombing of Tollana.

Background information[]
Palila and some other Tollans managed to survive the bombardment of Tollana. She and some of the survivors decided to settle in the town of Haven and hoped to strike back at the Goa'uld who destroyed their home and way of life.
2002[]
In 2002, when Haven's river's water levels were dropping, Palila led one of the groups that were discussing the matter. Due to her personal experience with Goa'uld retaliation from orbit, Palila rejected Lotoda's claims that the Goa'uld are to blame and given She helped the Aturen establish irrigation ditches, she couldn't believe Henare's belief that Phoenix Site diverted the water for sinister reasons. She was reluctant to assign blame before anyone would investigate.
Palila helped engineers from the base build a swing set at Haven's playground. (RPG: "Watershed")
Tolii found common ground with Palila out of pragmatism, as both the Tollan remnant and the Tok'ra were willing to find ways to fight the System Lords. Oringo, Maste and Lanni convinced her to speak to Tolii on the matter to keep the Goa'uld base intact.[1] (RPG: "Watershed")
