Palben was a male Alavan who owned a stable on Alava.
Biography[]
He would lure wild piebald mountain horses down from the mountain and had them corralled in his stable that was located at the edge of the town of Herri. He would tame the horses for use in and around Herri.
When Dr. Avery Freeman visited Alava with a Phoenix team, Palben's friend Garaitz brought the team over to his stable and he asked if they were brave enough to help tame his horses that he had corralled.
If a team member managed to successfully assist him in taming the horses, Palben later provided horses for the team's rescue mission of the Alavans and Dr. Freeman that had been abducted by Mari's Jaffa and taken to her cave in the Holy mountain. (RPG: "The Eyes of the Storm")
