PB5-926 was a planet in the Milky Way galaxy which contained a Stargate and was supposedly home to some Tok'ra. SG-1 visited this planet looking for the Tok'ra, but were instead surprised when Apophis crash landed on the planet in a Death Glider and asked for their help. The team proceeded to take Apophis from the planet to Earth. (SG1: "Serpent's Song")
