P5C-395 was a planet in the Milky Way galaxy.
The planet was one of the worlds that Stargate Command were checking for Colonel Jack O'Neill and Captain Samantha Carter when they had not arrived back at Earth with the rest of SG-1. An SG team has explored the planet and it was seen on SGCs planetary map. (SG1: "Solitudes")
It was one of the several planets listed on the glass destination chart in Stargate Command when Colonel Jack O'Neill and Major General George S. Hammond were discussing where to relocate the Nasyans. (SG1: "In the Line of Duty")
