P4C-796 is a planet in the Milky Way galaxy that held a Stargate. SG-2 was preparing to travel to this planet when Teal'c was trapped in the Stargate. Fortunately, Major Samantha Carter was able to stop the dialing process and save Teal'c's life. (SG1: "48 Hours")
