Osric's people are the humans of Osric's planet. They believed the Sangraal was on their planet and even helped travellers to locate the Sangraal by allowing them to look at the Parchment of Virtues. Ba'al visited this planet in his search for the Sangraal but was met with mistrust by the people. Later when SG-1 came to the planet they too were helped by Osric (who was actually Adria in disguise).
Soldiers of the Ori showed up and announced the village was to follow Origin and then proceeded to burn the town's books. When the people refused to follow Origin, Adria told her men to burn the village to the ground. (SG1: "The Quest, Part 1")
