Ocker was the Chief of Security at the Tok'ra base in the Risa system. He and the rebel Jaffa Artok had a few confrontations when the Tok'ra evacuated their base and headed to the Alpha Site. Ocker was killed by Anubis' Ashrak, but Artok was suspected. (SG1: "Allegiance")
