Oatmeal is a cooked breakfast food made from ground oat groats on Earth. The Stargate Command's mess hall serves oatmeal, which Colonel Jack O'Neill is known to eat, O'Neill, having previously eaten Froot Loops for breakfast on an incalculable number of occasions (due to a time loop), relished the change.
