He lost his memory and became physically younger in the Vorlix and took on the name Orner. He volunteered to travel to Stargate Command and take part in the research to find a cure for the memory loss. The first attempt was unsuccessful but he regained his memory on the second try and realized he was married to Layale for over 43 years. (SG1: "Past and Present")
