Lieutenant Negley was a Marine and member of the Atlantis expedition. When Lt. Colonel John Sheppard's team was searching for the Taranians in underground tunnels in 2007, he was leading the group sent by Dr. Elizabeth Weir to assist them. Unfortunately, Negley and his group were captured by Michael Kenmore's Wraith Dart. He and his men were later found dead, having presumably been killed by one of Michael's rogue experiments.
