Lieutenant Negley was a Marine and member of the Atlantis expedition. When Lt. Colonel John Sheppard's team was searching for the Taranians in underground tunnels, he was leading the group sent by Dr. Elizabeth Weir to assist them. Unfortunately for him and his group they were captured by Michael Kenmore's Wraith Dart. He and his men were later found dead, having presumably been killed by one of Michael's rogue experiments.
