Nanotech Universal Recovery System

The Nanotech Universal Recovery System, also called the bucket by SG teams, is an automatic healing turret.^[2]

Overview[]

It uses nanites to heal those that stand in its radius and is capable of healing multiple people at once. As the nanites do their work, they give a pleasurable whole-body sensation and leave the wounded individual feeling a sense of elation when complete.^[2]

Healing turrets complement each other. If turrets are placed within range of each other, they'll double the heal rate of anyone standing between them. Another way the healing process can be sped up, is when the patient next to the system also has a Sabin used on them.^[2]

The healing turret was in use by Stargate Command during their fight against the System Lords Third Battle Group. Scientists were equipped with an CADs mk 4 that had a loadout with two turret types, one of which was the Nanotech Universal Recovery System. The System Lords captured a number of turrets and took them for study.^[2] (Stargate Resistance)
