The Mutant squid is a creature that attacked the United States Navy vessel Stormguard on its way to the Island of Doom.
The creature was a normal squid,until it was affected by the radiation of a secondary Stargate located on the Island of Doom. It attacked the Navy vessel Stormguard, killing a man and leaving various others injured. The creature was seemingly killed by a missile launched by Commander Alexandria Klaus.
