Miles Hagan is a male Serrakin who was president of Tech Con Group.

He made a recording where he welcomed pilots who will be participating in the 59th Loop of Kon Garat and described race stages. He met with Colonel Jack O'Neill and Dr. Daniel Jackson about bringing a Stargate to Hebridan. He later discovered that Del Tynan attempted to fix the Loop and had him arrested. (SG1: "Space Race")
