2006[]
In 2006, he, Airman Walker and SG-1 would escort International Oversight Advisory Representatives to an unmanned research station some distance away from the base, after the R-75 swarmed. En route, the bugs ambushed the him from underground, and his body literally disappeared underneath the swarm; essentially, he was eaten alive. (SG1: "The Scourge")
