Massive trees are trees that were bioengineered by Aturens to be massive and capable of supporting several hundred tons of weight on their branches. It's not uncommon for Aturens to have homes high in the trees.[1]
Most of what Aturen technology is built from is grown in massive groves on Atura.[2] (RPG: "Core Rulebook")
